Removes the prepayment sentence and restores an explicit termination/refund commitment. Fees are billed monthly in arrears and Exhibit A of the Client Advisory Agreement states no amounts are prepaid, so the prior 'does not require prepayment of more than $1,200 six months or more in advance' line disclosed a posture the firm does not have. The refund commitment - present in the July 7 v1.0 draft and absent from v1.1 - is restored, worded for arrears billing: fees prorate through the termination date and any amount collected for a period after termination is refunded promptly. No fee figure, rate or schedule changed.
