We add AI Suggestions in your client portal to what Anthropic's Claude does for us, and name it as a third exception to adviser review. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off. When it is on, Claude suggests labels for your own bank transactions and rules that would apply such a label to similar transactions. It receives each transaction's description, merchant name and bank category, whether it is money in or out, the type of account, and how it is currently grouped, with recognized identifiers replaced first; names are not removed. Nothing changes until you confirm a suggestion, and an adviser does not review the suggestions before you see them. A label you confirm counts only in your own portal views (Transactions, Cash Flow and the AI Assistant). It never changes our fees or your statements, and it changes your financial plan only if an adviser adopts it. You can undo a label or turn off a rule. Turning AI Suggestions off stops new suggestions; labels and rules you confirmed keep applying until you undo or turn them off.
