Working with us
What working with us looks like
Five steps, from the first conversation to the ongoing relationship, and an illustrative look at what a client sees along the way.
The engagement steps
01
Introductory conversation
Book a complimentary 30-minute consultation with our advisory team. Submitting an inquiry or booking a call does not establish an investment advisory relationship.
02
A scoped engagement or an ongoing relationship
Advisory services are provided only under a signed advisory agreement. The engagement takes one of these forms:
- Scoped: Project Engagement. One-time projects: treasury policy, custody architecture, token liquidity planning, due diligence reviews.
- Ongoing: Individual & Family Advisory. Complimentary introductory meeting to discuss goals and services. Includes financial planning, portfolio reviews, and ongoing advisory.
- Ongoing: Investment Management. Discretionary portfolio management with ongoing monitoring and rebalancing.
How each engagement is priced is on our pricing page.
03
Onboarding
The steps to become a client — sharing your information, the identity and suitability checks a registered adviser is required to complete, and signing the advisory agreement — handled in one guided flow with a clear view of what is done and what is left. A human at the firm reviews and approves each step.
04
The first deliverable
Each situation is different, but the planning work starts the same way: organize the facts, clarify what the wealth needs to do, and decide which decisions need specialist coordination before acting. The first deliverable is usually a decision map: the open decisions, who coordinates each one, and the order they need to be made in. Every recommendation a client sees is reviewed and issued by a human advisor.
05
The ongoing cadence
A scoped engagement ends with its deliverable. An ongoing relationship continues on a meeting and monitoring cadence set with you when the engagement is scoped, and revisited when your situation changes. Decision records keep a record of the decisions made over the course of the relationship — what was recommended, what was discussed, and what was agreed.
Illustrative, synthetic data
What a client sees
The screens below are mockups built with synthetic data. They show the kind of information a client sees; they are not real client data, and they are not an interactive demo. Each client sees only their own relationship.
